This Privacy Policy ("Policy") was put together for the reference of "Studio CX360" and their founders to explain how the information they collect, intend to use and share related to all business operations current and future - both online and offline.

TRANSPARENCY ON INFORMATION WE COLLECT

You may provide us Personal Information directly to us including Name, Emails, Addresses, Surveys, interest in products or services, or other information from time to time, as you evince interest for products or when you buy or subscribe to the product or service.

We take utmost precaution to protect your information when you submit sensitive information to us after it reaches us. We rely on third party vendors like SquareSpace, Google or Thinkific to help us collect that information, and transmit it to us in a secure way.

Once we receive the information, we treat this information with utmost care to protect it from any pilferage.

We endeavour to collect only that information relevant for the purpose it is intended for.

When we collect information like Name, Email Addresses, we reach out to you periodically to inform you of new products or services that may be of direct interest to you based on your recent purchases. We also reach out to you for any upgrades that you are eligible for at a special rate, different from the market rate to take advantage of.

At any time you wish to de-register from such mailing lists, you could simply write to us, and we will take you off that list.

USE OF COOKIES

Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies make using our Site easier by, among other things, saving your passwords and preferences for you. These cookies are restricted for use only on our Site, and do not transfer any personal information to any other party. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can, however, reset your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please consult the technical information relevant to your browser for instructions. If you choose to disable your cookies setting or refuse to accept a cookie, some parts of the Site may not function properly or may be considerably slower.

 

CHILDREN AGE 16 and UNDER

Our products are not specifically designed for use for Children 16 and under since it involves payments through different service providers.

The company requests that you do not submit any personal information to this site or to the company.

MALWARE/SPYWARE/VIRUSES

Neither the Company nor the Site knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.

LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES

The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third party websites that may be linked to the Site. The Company is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. You should refer to each website’s respective privacy policy and practices prior to disclosing any information.

Jin Mobile (iOS App) Privacy Notice

Jin Mobile is a standalone iOS app published by Studio CX360. This section describes how Jin Mobile specifically handles your data. Where this section differs from the general Studio CX360 privacy policy above, this Jin Mobile section applies for the app.

What Jin Mobile collects: Audio recordings you create within the app, their text transcripts generated by on-device speech recognition, and any content you choose to attach to a recording — photos and videos from your library or camera, files of any type, web links and selected text shared into Jin from Safari, and notes you type by hand. If you give a recording a due date, Jin can also create and read events in your Apple Calendar.

Where your data goes: Audio files, transcripts, and attachments are stored in your own iCloud Drive under your Apple ID. If you connect a Notion workspace via Notion's one-tap sign-in (OAuth), your audio, transcripts, and attachments are also sent to Notion and stored under your own Notion account. If you connect Apple Calendar, due-dated recordings are written as events in the calendar you select, and Jin reads back any edits you make there to keep your notes in sync. Studio CX360 does not operate any servers for Jin Mobile and has no access to your recordings, attachments, or transcripts.

Tracking and advertising: Jin Mobile does not track you, does not show advertisements, and does not use any analytics or advertising SDKs. No part of the general Studio CX360 privacy policy about tailoring advertising or marketing applies to Jin Mobile.

Location data. Jin can remind you about a thought when you arrive at or leave a place you pin. To do this, Jin asks for "Always" location permission. The geofence runs entirely on your iPhone using iOS region monitoring; Jin does not transmit your location anywhere. The geofence fires only the local notification linked to your thought. You can disable it any time by removing the pinned place, or turning off Location for Jin in iOS Settings.

Jin keyboard. Jin includes a keyboard extension you can enable in iOS Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Jin. When you tap the mic on the Jin keyboard, the keyboard launches the main Jin app, which captures your voice using your iPhone's microphone, transcribes it on your device, and inserts the resulting text into the app you were using. Audio is held only in memory during transcription and is not saved unless you choose to save it as a thought in the main app.

Translating from the Jin keyboard and the share sheet. The Jin keyboard has a translate button that reads the text in the field you are typing in, or the text you copied, so you can translate it in place. Sharing text into Jin from another app can also translate it. If you have added a Gemini API key, that text is sent to Google for translation under your key. Jin asks you once, before the first time any such text leaves your device, and shows you what is about to be sent. You can decline and keep using the keyboard normally. Everything else the keyboard does, including typing itself, works without a network connection.

Hey Jin wake word. Jin can listen for the wake phrase "Hey Jin" so you can start recording without touching your phone. The wake-word detection runs entirely on your iPhone and is off by default. You can enable or disable it any time in Settings → Speech → Hey Jin Mode. No audio is sent off your device for wake-word detection.

Apple Intelligence. On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro and later, iOS 26+), Jin can optionally use Apple's on-device Foundation Models to rephrase your dictation tone or to title your thoughts. This processing happens entirely on your iPhone.No data is sent to Apple or any external service.

Optional cloud services. Some features can optionally use an outside service that you connect yourself, either with your own API key or by signing in to your own account. Nothing below is on until you turn it on. API keys are entered in Settings → Language → AI Models, and account connections such as Notion and Plaud are in Settings → Connections.

Google Gemini. If you add your Gemini API key, Jin can use Gemini to rephrase dictated text (Casual, Formal, Texting, Excited), to render Hinglish, Tanglish or Banglish from native-script transcripts, to translate, to title and tag your thoughts, to split long dictation into paragraphs, to summarise, and to answer questions you ask about a note. The text being processed is sent to Google under your API key and Google's terms. If you ask a question about a note that has photos attached, those photos are sent to Gemini as well. Your recorded audio is never sent to Gemini.

ElevenLabs Scribe. If you add your ElevenLabs API key, Jin can use ElevenLabs to transcribe languages where on-device models are not available (such as Arabic). When you do this, the audio you record is sent to ElevenLabs for transcription under your API key and ElevenLabs' terms. You can remove any key at any time in Jin Settings → Language → AI Models. Removing a key stops all calls to that service.

Groq. If you add your Groq API key, Jin can use Groq for the same kinds of writing and reasoning work as Gemini: cleaning up dictation, titling and tagging thoughts, summarising, and answering questions you ask about a note. The text being processed is sent to Groq under your API key and Groq's terms. Your recorded audio is never sent to Groq.

Deepgram. If you add your Deepgram API key, Jin can use Deepgram to transcribe meetings and to label who spoke. When you do this, the meeting audio is sent to Deepgram under your API key and Deepgram's terms.

Google Cloud Text to Speech. If you add your Google Cloud API key, Jin can use it to speak text aloud in Talk. The text to be spoken is sent to Google under your API key and Google's terms.

Plaud. If you connect a Plaud account, Jin can import recordings you made on a Plaud device. Connecting signs you in to Plaud; the import brings those recordings onto your iPhone and into your own iCloud.

Webhooks. You can add your own webhook URL, and Jin will send the content you configure to that address when the event you chose happens. Where that data goes is entirely determined by the endpoint you wrote, and Studio CX360 has no visibility of it.

Meetings. Jin can record a meeting and produce notes, a summary and a mind map from it. Recording and transcription run on your iPhone unless you have routed meetings to Deepgram with your own key.

Contacts. If you mention a person in a thought, Jin can offer to add them to your Contacts along with a phone number, email or address you mentioned. Jin first checks whether that person is already in your Contacts so it can offer to merge rather than create a duplicate. This happens on your iPhone, and Jin does not transmit your Contacts anywhere.

Reminders. If you set a reminder on a note, Jin writes it to your iOS Reminders so it appears on your other Apple devices, and reads back whether you have completed it.

Local mode. Settings has a switch called Local. With it on, none of the optional cloud services above are used at all, whether or not you have keys saved. Capture, transcription and translation fall back to the engines that run on your iPhone. Your iCloud keeps working, because that is your own storage rather than an outside company.

Locking a note. You can lock an individual note. Jin encrypts its contents on your iPhone with AES-256-GCM before it is saved or synced, and the key is held in your device Keychain. A locked note stays encrypted in your iCloud, and opening it asks for Face ID.

Recovered audio. If a recording is discarded or interrupted, Jin keeps the audio on that one iPhone in a Recovered Audio area rather than deleting it, so an accident does not lose a real recording. Nothing there is transcribed, synced or uploaded. You either import it or delete it, and both are your choice.

Dictation from your Mac. If you use Jin on a Mac on the same network, a dictation can be handed straight to your iPhone over that local network rather than waiting for iCloud. This is a direct device-to-device transfer and does not pass through any server.

Speech models. The on-device speech models Jin uses are downloaded from GitHub and Hugging Face when you install them. These are downloads to your iPhone. Nothing you have recorded or written is sent when a model is fetched.

Third parties: If you connect Notion, your audio, transcripts, and attachments are transmitted to Notion's servers. See Notion's privacy policy for how they handle data you send them. If you connect Apple Calendar, calendar events sit in Apple's iCloud Calendar service under your Apple ID — Apple's standard iCloud privacy terms apply.

Data retention: Recordings, attachments, and calendar events stay on your device and in your own iCloud and Notion until you delete them. There is no Studio CX360 database of Jin Mobile recordings.
