1. For whom are our products and services meant for
Answer : Our Products are designed to work inside Notion which is available for download on the Notion Website.
2.How proficient do I need to be with Notion ?
Answer : Notion basics are easy to learn over a few days of work. That’s what you would need to get started. If you know more, you can utilise the templates more efficiently.
3. How responsive is this template ?
Answer : System responsiveness is largely dependent on Notion and on the internet. You cannot access your data offline other than the page that is already loaded on your computer.
4. How do we deliver our products ?
Answer : Our products are digital in nature. A purchase confirmation is sent to you immediately with some basic details.
We do also send you a separate email fulfilment manually for the same. Such fulfilments are taken care of during Office Hours in India 8 am to 7 pm ( Monday's through Friday's ) . During Weekends we do fulfilments in batches, but do expect a delayed response in some cases.
5. Why should I buy your products ?
Answer : We spend an enormous amount of time with practicality, quality and design. We look at business and personal needs, common market practices, customer feedback, competitor products and services etc while building these products. We are responsive to your emails. We look at new features which are practical to improve the product.
6. How do I know more about the Product ?
Answer : We put a lot of information on the product page, and we add video links for you to experience the product before you make a commitment. If you still have queries, please feel free to write to us and you will get a quick response from us.
7. How do we deal with future updates and upgrades ?
Answer : Small software updates are made on a periodical basis, and we send you an email to make the update with the link. These updates are made in batches a few times a year. We do also make major software design and functionality upgrades every 1-2 years, which we let you know of separately.
8. Can you help me customise the product to my needs ?
Answer : We can definitely help you customise and integrate the product into your product, however such an exercise may involve a reasonable quantum of work that would be charged on a time and material basis. If you write back to us, with a suggestion and it is a frequently requested for feature, we will include it in our next update or upgrade as the case may be
9. What is the return and refund policy for our products ?
Answer : Our Courses and Products are software products, so the nature of the products, prevents a return or refund. To take care of disappointments, we publish all relevant information to you in advance, and would request you to familiarise yourself with the product before purchase.
10. How do you deal with privacy of our information ?
Answer : We are very serious about privacy, and we endeavor to collect only that information relevant for the purpose it is intended for.We take utmost precaution to protect your information when you submit sensitive information to us after it reaches us.
